Scarlett Johansson's Reps Confirm The Nudes Are Her

Scarlett Johansson's lawyer is on the attack -- warning a bunch of websites that Scarlett owns the copyright to her HACKED nude pics and anyone who doesn't take 'em down will FACE HIS WRATH!!!!
TMZ has learned ... Scarlett's attorney -- legal pit bull Marty Singer -- has fired off threatening letters to various sites including TheDirty.com ... demanding that the sites remove the "stolen copyright protected private photographs" immediately ... or face legal action.
Singer claims, "The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless."
And just to make sure he's perfectly clear, Singer concludes ... "If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly."

Well, that answers that! PerezHilton.com has just received word from Scarlett Johansson's representative asking us to remove the leaked nude photos of the Hollywood starlet, and also CONFIRMED that they are, in fact, her!

At least she's not trying to deny it!

I guess his arrogance pisses me off, he gets a call from her reps, I get a cease-and-desist order????
Sorry, I feel better now, anyway I'm guessing more nudes of Scarlett Johansson will follow, I can't imagine that there were only 2 of them on the phone that was hacked???

Two photos claiming to be of Ms. Johansson have appeared online.
Could they really be her?
One thing's definitely for sure: if they are her, it suggests troubling things for any celebrity interested in keeping their private photos private.
Over the past few months, we've seen numerous celebrities fall victim to hackers bent on publicizing their most personal photos. If even the notoriously private Johansson isn't safe from their prying fingers...well, who is?
UPDATE: Jesus Diaz of Gizmodo has deemed these photos completely Shop-free, saying, "Those photos are definitely NOT photoshopped in any way or form. I just ran it through the usual tests.
UPDATE: TMZ reports that Scarlett Johansson has allegedly asked the FBI to investigate the hacking of her cell phone. In the past, they've been tapped by Jessica Alba, Vanessa Hudgens, and other celebrities whose nude pictures have suddenly appeared on the Internet.
Watt-up So are we any closer then we were last night?
I guess, why would Johansson ask the FBI to investigate the hacking of her cell phone, or did she, oh wait TMZ has retracted their stories before, right?

That's what I'm reading in a couple of blogs, are they her, or really good photo shop??????
One guy claims to have pulled this off the picture data:
Camera Make = Research In Motion"
Camera Model = BlackBerry 9000
Last Modified Date/Time = 2010 12 2025" with a Blackberry Bold 9000 in October of last year according to the exif data."
I'll keep a close eye, and if they are her, I'll throw them up, if not I might just throw them up too?
Just don't need another cease-and-desist order!
